you get an error message make sure to include the full error message
and how you got to that message.
Also
please answer these questions:

version of FlightQuote are you using?

Are
you using FlightQuote in a network (shared database) or
stand-alone?

Does
the error always occur in the same situation?

What
was the last thing you did before the error occurred?
Try
to provide a step by step description on how you got to the error.
Always
provide as much detail as possible. Email a screen shot of the error
message if possible. Remember that we can only fix problems
that we can reproduce on our own computers.

Need
a new Registration Code?
If
you are a registered user and you need a new registration code to
transfer your license to a new computer or if you are locked out of
the program after an update/upgrade, please email the following
information to info@flightquote.net
(You can also
use the email form on the
contact
page):

Your current FlightQuote 2 Software Code
(a 12 digit code, reported on the
'Registration Information' screen);
-
Your
previous (old) Software Code (12 digits) or your old
Registration code (16 digits).
If
you do not have your old Registration Code or Software Code, you must
email us a list of all the other Software Codes that are still in
use on other computers with your company.
Only
after we have received all the information mentioned above can we issue you a
replacement registration code.
Please
note that we do not provide Registration Codes over the phone.
